Mr. Ethan Wolfe Director of Choral Ensembles firstname.lastname@example.org
About Mr. Wolfe
Ethan Wolfe holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education with a concentration in classical trumpet from Temple University, as well as a minor in geology. During his career at Temple, Ethan primarily studied trumpet with Robert Earley of the Philadelphia Orchestra. In college, Ethan played in the Temple Wind Symphony for Dr. Emily Threinen, the Symphonic Band and Diamond Marching Band for Dr. Matthew Brunner, and in a brass quintet coached by Jared Antonacci. While his primary instrument is trumpet, he has also spent many years training as a vocalist. His barbershop quartet “Prime Time” recently competed in Salt Lake City in the Barbershop Harmony Society’s international quartet contest, and still performs periodically on shows around the East Coast. He has also sung in the Temple University Concert Choir for Dr. Paul Rardin, was a founding member of the Philadelphia men’s chorus “Rittenhouse Sound”, and worked for many years as a staff singer at Arch Street United Methodist Church in Philadelphia, PA. One of Ethan's favorite activities is composing/arranging vocal music for quartets and choruses, usually in the barbershop style. He teaches general music and after-school band at Emma Wilson, Marigold, and Little Chico Creek Elementary, as well as choir at PVHS.
